Exceptional service and expertise

Just wanted to say thank you for the awesome service and assistance from Meryl this afternoon. She was incredibly helpful, understanding and an absolute pleasure to deal with. And most importantly was dedicated to helping me with the problem at hand in a friendly, willing way. I know that when I phone your call centre I will always get assistance from a capable person who knows what they are doing. Such a lovely experience compared to all the other call centres out there. Keep up the amazing work!
