Hi my name is Riaan De Witt, owner of a few small companies of which the most notable company is WESKUS JOU LEKKER DING.

This review is pertaining to a domain hosting company who needs no introduction, namely Xneelo previously known as Hetzner.

I wish to rate this companies extraordinary Customer Care Service and give them a 5 Star rating, because they are truly next level when it comes to delivering a support service, no matter the hour or day.

I have send them an email on today 4 February 2024 at exactly 10:35am (GMT+2) and requested support. At exactly 11:10am (GMT+2) a "Senior Technical Support Consultant" by the name of Seymoné Carstens answered my email and had already resolved my issue, flawlessly, now I ask you, is that a World Class Customer Care Service or not? I stand amazed at the speed and diligence that this company provides support to it's customers.

It is refreshing and so needed in a country with an African mentality when it comes to service and customer care.
