Excellent services and dedication

I would just like to send a compliment for 2 staff members that I felt that went above and beyond, being in a service industry I understand the difference to when a staff is doing there job or when there going beyond and both Desiree and Nicholas went above there normal duties.

Desiree handled my transfer to 2 new hetzner servers, not only did she do it promptly she completely accommodated me in every request I had. I have dealt with her a few times in the past 4 years and every time its been a pleasure

Nicholas, last night I made a mistake and had no access to my new servers, I contacted Nicholas and he responded in 5min, he called me every 5 min and he waited patiently on the phone for me to first correct the issue then moved on to the next. I feel being in IT support myself this is beyond and above.

This is why I stay with Hetzner and will continue to do so, I feel Hetzner not only deploys the hardware I need to grow my company, they also have the staff ready to assist and hold your hand if needed.
