Excellent service from Hetzner support centre

I represent a small training provider that is very dependent on our learners having unhindered access to the relevant website to access their study material. I was very grateful toward Brent from Hetzner's support centre, who managed to resolve a sudden and inexplicable issue that caused majority of our learner groups to be unable to log in to the campus. We had struggled for a few days on our own, trying to pinpoint the cause of the issue and could have saved a lot of effort and time, if we had just contacted the support centre from the outset.
