Excellent service from call center

It isn't very often that a company's service shocks you because it is so GOOD! When you call Xneelo's call center with a query, you get through quickly, the person understands your query (most call centers cant even understand your problem), and they resolve it immediately. As a small business owner, this is critical as spending hours on the phone trying to sort out an IT problem causes us so many problems and frustrations. Xneelo have set the bar very high and it would be nice to see other companies follow suit. Well done.
