Excellent service!!!

I have to praise the service of Hetzner! I always used other hosting companies. but my eyes were opened to Hetzner around 1.5yrs ago, when I joined the company I work for, who use them as their preferred web hosting service. If I’ve ever had an issue, their service has always been incredible: from answering their phones quickly and efficiently (something that if you’ve been with other web hosts you’ll know is a true luxury), to sending follow-up mails, and responding to email queries within a few hours. Their service really is above and beyond. So much so that I moved personal sites of mine from my previous host to Hetzner. And they continue to amaze. They’re a few rand (the cost of a cup of coffee) more expensive than other hosts, but the peace of mind and incredible service is so well worth it.
