Excellent and efficient service
As usual, fast and excellent service by friendly and efficient staff members.
Initially Ockert, was quick to determine what my issue was an within seconds I was transferred to Chloe who solved my issue immediately.
It took me a while to warm up to the LiveChat feature, but I have to say it is quite good. Only problem is using that on a mobile device. But as long as the call center is available, I will use the phone when on the road.
