Emails not working for a month. no Help from Xneelo
We have been notifying Xneelo for a month that we are having issues with our emails. Sending emails, calling them. We have had to pay external technicians to assist us with the email, because Xneelo keeps saying its not their problem, however everyone that does help us says that it is an issue on Xneelo side. So frustrated. Do not know what to do anymore.
