Do not honour registrant details
<p>As the registrant for a domain I requested that the konsole access password be changed and such a change sent to me. This has not happened and thus someone who is not the domain owner, who has access to the konsole is now able to change registrant details without my consent, and has done so.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called in and explained this to hetzner. Still waiting for their response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not deal with Hetzner as they do not honour registrant details and appear to take instruction regarding domains from anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

We have been in contact with you and were able to clarify that the hosting account owner has the ability to update and manage the domains on their hosting account via konsoleH.
Should you not be in agreement with the Domain update submitted by your current hosting account owner, you still have opportunity to transfer the domain under the control of an alternative provider before the update is app****. This is a mechanism provided by the Registry (ZACR) to prevent unauthorised updates.
