David from Xneelo was awesome

David from the support desk was very helpful.

Some history - the client of a domain that I bought is overseas and not very technical. To get the domain transferred I had to reach out to Xneelo and found David.

David went the extra mile to contact the client per phone (even if overseas - where my local bank, would not even call me while I was in the UK)

5min later, domain transferred and sorted.

I am a dedicated server client with Xneelo and though I don't ask for help much, this was exceptional :-)
