I've only ever experienced exceptional support from Xneelo and have been with them since the Hetzner days.
Izak especially recently assisted me with a hosting and billing issue (that turned out to be my mistake), yet resolved this without any complaints and sorted out the entire problem we were experiencing quickly and effectively.
