Brilliant customer service exist .
I wanted to express my gratitude to Zoneké Erasmus for her superb customer service she gave earlier today when i called to resolve an issue related to account transfer. She could have chosen the easy route of dismissing my query but instead she went the extra mile in trying to assist. Thanks to Zoneké Erasmus skillful intervention , the query was resolved within hours.
