Brilliant customer service.
I must say their service is excellent and they really go above and beyond for their customers (Today Celia Fourie helped me out and made my day as I needed something done urgently which normally would have been scheduled maintenance and would have only happened after the weekend, but it was quite critical that it got done today and they were very helpful to accommodate me and do it for me today still)
At this point I'll only use their cloud server hosting as the speed is fantastic and prices are really good in comparison.
