Best webhosting company. Hetzner!

Hetzner is Amazing! This is my review and recommendation for Hetzner South Africa.

I own a small business and wanted to start it off right with a great website. I did a little research on the internet but mostly listened to a few people that told me their internet provider was good, so I went with them (Won’t add the name here) and was so disappointed by the level of service I received. Was locked out of my own site for just over 24 hours with no explanation and no one getting back to me, website was not user friendly and I spent a lot of data struggling, I went and did proper research on this company on Hello Peter and other sites and discovered they had in fact let a lot of people down. And EVERYONE was recommending HETZNER. So, I sent them a few e-mails asking a bunch of questions and they came back to me with endless patience and assistance, I cancelled my old account and signed up with Hetzner instead. The site is user friendly, looks AMAZING on all devices and I just love them, no matter what I ask or what I need, they respond in an hour or less.

Prices are great for the quality and customer service you receive. I have not been this impressed with any company before.

A HUGE thank you to everyone at the Hetzner team that has been there for me. You stand by your promises and that is all a customer could ask for!

PS. Always do your research before signing up with a company, Hello Peter does help a lot in this regard!
