Best Service - Live Chat
The technical team at Xneelo is amazing! I had to move a website from one domain to another, and used their step by step guide .. Being a bit blond I got stuck at a certain step, and used the Xneelo chat facility to communicate with the technical team (it was very early in the morning - call centre was still closed) and John the agent that assisted me on life chat was an absolute start. Within minutes he gave me the right advise and my site transfered without any issues. I have been using Xneelo (Hetzner when I started) for close on 20 years now, and can honestly say that I have had nothing but amazing service and experiences with them. HIGHLY recommend.
