The least I can say is first world service with a smile and extremely professional! After hosting with another South African hosting company for the past 5 years, and having the misfortune of experience their decline in service to absolutely no customer support, I moved over to Xneelo this January. It's refreshing to see this kind of service - it's as if you're getting more than what you're paying for! To Nikita for your prompt, professional and friendly service - thanks a bunch :-)
