Amazing Support

As a small business that does not always have access to web designers and hosting platform specialists it is just always an absolute pleasure dealing with Xneelo. We encountered a challenge when we wanted to redirect our website and asked Ruan at Xneelo (via support email) how we go about doing it and he rep**** quickly with a short notice as well as a link to the instructions on how to complete the process, we did this but managed to miss something along the way and once again chatted to Ruan to assist which he did by identifying and correcting our mistake within minutes.
