Amazing Service! Well Done Hetzner

In the past 10 years I have tried numerous ISPs and I have stuck with Hetzner for exactly what transpired today.<br> <br> I have scheduled some website work to be done on Sunday and hit a snag with implementation of some software on the site. Although the knowledge base is very user-friendly and s**** feeds even the illiterati, this problem was referred to support. Here I am stuck on a Sunday 12:30, I decided to phone support and to my surprise I was quickly assisted by Anette who understood the problem and briefly explained the solution which she undertook to have sorted within the hour. I sent the request via email and took a lunch break. When I returned to my computer I receiver the email confirming that the software in question (3 dr party stuff) was up and running. WOW!, all of this on a Sunday Afternoon! Thanks for that
