Your entire technical team is absolutely amazing. I've dealt with numerous people over the last few years and support, either via email or telephone, is always fantastic.

Your team goes out of their way to help their customers, always comes up with solutions and ideas and always explains everything clearly as well, helping us not make the same mistake twice. And even if it is not necessarily hosting related, they all have huge experience to assist.
