Amazing pre-sales support
I've been in the ISP-space for almost 20 years & I've been a customer of (then Hetzner) XNEELO for years, but always for the mom-and-pop web-hosting. Having now dealt with their Pre-Sales on the self-managed servers, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that their pre-sales service is not only real-time responsive (instant chat that doesn't put you on hold for an hour) but also knowledgeable enough to aid in the architecture of a complex master-slave; load-balanced web & DB cluster.
