Horrible company
This has to be the worse and explosive company ever. Even if you put in a notice for resignation they still won't pay you. The mental abuse they cause the staff is degrading….. run away

Communication and consistent payroll practices are essential to maintain trust
My experience with WNS left me frustrated about how the company treats staff. I was dismissed with understanding, but the organization then delayed my final salary and failed to communicate a definite payout date. This lack of transparency during a transition period feels disrespectful, especially from a large employer. Many colleagues also report ongoing payment questions and abrupt changes to salary deductions. WNS would benefit from tightening HR processes, providing timely and direct updates to staff, and establishing reliable salary timelines—ideally with a written policy and a standard notice period for all payroll actions. Clear communication and consistent payroll practices are essential to maintain trust, even in difficult circumstances.

Unprofessional and Unpaid
I'm extremely disappointed and feel disrespected by WNS Global Services. I worked for them, and I was dismissed through an orchestrated disciplinary action because I stood up against a rude team leader named Anthia. Now, the HR department, specifically Jamie, and Ops Manager Yusuf, refuse to pay me my accumulated annual leave, returned headsets, and worked days leading to my dismissal. Jamie from HR is giving me the runaround, ignoring my situation. They're refusing to pay me the money I'm legally owed, hiding behind payroll issues. These people are a cult. I regret ever being part of this organization. I'm taking my matter to CCMA. If you're considering working for WNS, think twice. They're not interested in treating their employees fairly.
