This lack of transparency during a transition period feels disrespectful, especially from a large employer. Many colleagues also report ongoing payment questions and abrupt changes to salary deductions. WNS would benefit from tightening HR processes, providing timely and direct updates to staff, and establishing reliable salary timelines—ideally with a written policy and a standard notice period for all payroll actions. Clear communication and consistent payroll practices are essential to maintain trust, even in difficult circumstances.
