Unprofessional and Unpaid

I'm extremely disappointed and feel disrespected by WNS Global Services. I worked for them, and I was dismissed through an orchestrated disciplinary action because I stood up against a rude team leader named Anthia. Now, the HR department, specifically Jamie, and Ops Manager Yusuf, refuse to pay me my accumulated annual leave, returned headsets, and worked days leading to my dismissal.

Jamie from HR is giving me the runaround, ignoring my situation. They're refusing to pay me the money I'm legally owed, hiding behind payroll issues. These people are a cult. I regret ever being part of this organization.

I'm taking my matter to CCMA. If you're considering working for WNS, think twice. They're not interested in treating their employees fairly.
