What A Joke Of A Company!

It's quite funny how an ISP blames you for slow speeds. 10MB / Up and Down package and you hardly see that. The account's lady will be the one who will handle your technical questions and give support if you can call it that. Technicians refuse to handout their contact numbers for support. The company feels that an accounts lady can assist better, no offense please. So in essence, the whole support section of this business is non-existing. It's never WT and always the customer that's doing something wrong. All the best WT but I'm done supporting attitudes like yours. And then we as South Africans ask, why is business so slow, where is business etc.
