We recently had a huge problem on our connection, and they were patient, understanding, and kind. They visited the site multiple times, and spent hours diagnosing and repairing issues at no extra cost. SUPERSTARS! I highly recommend them for business and private use, Witronics is the last ISP you need to call to finally have business grade, professional connectivity, even in the most remote places of the West-Rand. And the rest of you suck-a55 ISP's would do well to take some notes from Witronics on how it's done!
