More off than on..

I have to agree actually. I signed up with them because i love online gaming. They are ridiculously over priced and the internet is more off than it is on and when it is on its horribly slow for a 8mb/s line. Today for example my internet was off since 12 am and only came back on a few min ago. Its 10pm... yesterday it was off aswel. I dont mind being over charged if the internet actually works but it never does. When we first got the line it was great for the first few days and after that it just went downhill. Will be moving to a different isp shortly. I have been putting off leaving a bad review because i dont like putting a company down. The owners are lovely people but for internet its just not a good option.
