***kest 'internet provider' in Randfontein

I would give negative stars if that were an option. This 'internet provider' was quick to take our money and do installation and since then it has been a struggle to get service. There is NO customer service (despite the company advertising that a core belief) and zero pride. We are paying hundreds per month to get top speeds and are reduced to a meg or two - if we are lucky. For my husband - a gamer - this is unacceptable. We can't even have two devices on the network. This evening we reported that there zero upload speed, a ping of 58 and download of 2meg (on a 15 meg line). The messages were read by the owners and nothing else was done. Last week they couldn't attend to our problematic line because they were in Cape Town. The week before it was school prize givings. Excuses are a plenty...

Save your money and learn from my mistake. DO NOT choose them.
