Zero service, zero effort
This is not a company I would recommend to anyone!
We moved homes recently and requested and relocation of the gear more than 2 weeks ago, we have already moved and paid for a month of service and paid for the relocation and have recieved zero service or help from them. I am sitting in my new home without Internet for more than 2 weeks, I work from home so this is costing me alot for my business and my own wallet having to load data on my phone every two days for hotspot, UNACCEPTABLE!
