Wirulink - Why are we linked?

Any out going and incoming calls can not be heard,<br> When the the wifi system was installed they did not notify the company that there will be any miscommunication.<br> They did not realize that the trees around the company will interrupt the signal of the wifi.<br> We laid complaints for the last 2 months regarding the signal.<br> <br> We were told in order to receive better signal we need to install a bridge to a nearby tower to strengthen our signal,leading to additional costs to our company. As the service provider Wirulink prior to installation assuring us of always on connectivity and telecoms in an effort to resolve the connectivity problem the provider now insists on our company to pay additional costs to entitle us to connectivity. This all leading to our company paying for services not being delivered as committed as per the services provider.
