WIRUlink - Using false advertising to attact customers..then don't care
Extremely bad service and arrogant consultants on support. Package sold to me with 1:1 contention, as advertised on WIRUlink website. Extremely slow internet speeds on peak times made me question the contention ratio. I was then told that the package I am on, I pay for data only and they can't give me 1:1 contention as advertised. Secondly the installation done by a contractor was far below standard. I received a letter for HOA to remove equipment in order to avoid penalties. WIRUlink still to give me a proper response to the installation..

The capped package you signed up for can do up to 15Mbps download speed at perfect conditions, but because you buy data and not speed, we do not guarantee a minimum speed ont he capped packages.
Because your HOA does not approve of the outdoor radio, pole and bracket installation and requested for us to remove the installation, Michelle from our office will be in touch with you to arrange for the removal and refund on the equipment installed at your house.
