Wirulink Poor service delivery

I have used wirulink for over 2 years and i was on a month to month contract(10meg line). I recieved a sms from wirulink promoting "rush network" which i decided to sign up for. I signed up for a 15 meg line. Ever since then my internet speeds are very volatile. When i contacted wirulunk in this regard the said that the old rooter had a better wifi signal than the one they inatalled now... I cant play games anymore due to the high latency and my speeds (speedcheck) is far below 15 meg... I have contacted wirulink numerous times regarding this and every agent tells me a different story. When i send i send *** emails they just dont respond.My 10meg line was allot more stable (speeds) than the 15 meg line. At this stage i would not recommend wirulink to anyone bases on poor service delivery. Slow internet speeds. Expensive.
