Wirulink is fantastic.

Their support staff are friendly, available from early morning well into the evenings (23:00 if I am not mistaken). Their service has always been top notch. They have even helped to train me over the phone on how to fix certain issues myself. This has meant that I can, and often do, my own troubleshooting, frequency changes and so on. It also means that they try to future proof their service so that you do not have to call them multiple times for the same issue.

I have had 5 years of great sevice from Wirulink and would recommend them quite seriously. They are a smaller ISP, which means they can often provide a better service than most of their competitors: my fibre line is uncapped and unshaped where all their competitors charged more for the same service, with throttling.

If you are unhappy with your current ISP, Wirulink is a brilliant alternative!
