this company is terrible to work with. they switch your wifi on and off as it pleases them even if you paid your account. Please stay away from this company. they are very *********** I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE

As per the communication with our team, your account was in arrears, hence our systems suspended your account after numerous requests for payment. Another attempt to to rerun the failed debit order has been loaded on Friday, 16th August 2019. On Saturday, 17 August you also made a manual payment and sent through your proof of payment to our team whereafter your services were activated again.
We sincerely apologise for any inconveniences caused and trust that the above clarifies the misunderstanding and answers your concerns raised.

20 Aug 2019, 15:30the service was activated and then today it was cancelled again. I received an e mail stating that I still owe Wirulink money, after e mailing proof of payment on Saturday, and still Wirulink disconnects my wifi and e mail me and debits my account for payment. no no no
