I need to move house still have 11 months left on my contract with them ... their idea of a Reasonable cancellation fee is a 10% discount on the remainder of the contract While this is not the full amount out standing this STILL breach ", the cancellation charge may not have the effect of negating the consumer’s right to cancel a fixed term agreement" in spirit.

This for a service that I would no longer be able to use from them.

Oh and if you want to move their line to new premises. You have to cancel your current contract and create a new contract with them
