Two weeks waiting for a quote

I went to the Wirulink office in roodepoort to find out about their services. I was helped and the service was explained ect. I asked the sales person toe give me a quote. He took down my details and said he will come back to me with a quote! It is now almost two weeks later and I have not recived anything. I am very disappointed and will not use their service!
