Tower always off
Bad connection I have been a customer with wirulink for almost 4 years now and most of the time its been great but now in the last 2 week there connection was off 6 times and every time you ask its the tower that is down I don't think this is acceptable as we are paying for a service

We are aware of the issues experienced during the last few days on our Losberg tower with the solar and battery backup system.
Our teams are working hard with the equipment manufacturer to get this resolved as soon as possible. We currently have a team on site at the tower to ensure that we can offer the level of service our customers have become accustomed to over the years.
