This is what service should be

You have been my ISP for about a year now, and you have always delivered outstanding service, you call back when you say you will, and that being for 3 small connection issues in the space of a year, that you resolved within 10 minutes, but I digress, we had that huge thunderstorm on the 10th of January in Poortview and it caused considerable damage to my property, roof collapsed, flooded rooms, the list is long. However the one thing that worked, through it all, I may only have had half a house left, but my internet still worked. That says something about a company that can still provide a service when the physical building is destroyed and wireless internet works in the middle of a storm. Each time I have dealt with you, you have been knowledgeable, polite and trustworthy, (which to me is the most important). Please don't change how you do business, and I hope that the other companies out here can learn from you somehow.
