Terrible Service

This must be the worst service provider ever. 3 weeks ago I moved offices and logged a call to have my equipment (antenna) uninstalled and reinstalled at the new premises. I got confirmation that within 5 working days I will have something scheduled. 3 weeks later, I get a call scheduling an appointment to have my equipment installed on Friday the 20th, hours from having that confirmation, I get an email cancelling the installation due to a sick technician. Saturday morning (today) I get a call confirming an installation for Monday which I confirmed and acknowledged. A few minutes ago, I get a call cancelling the booking again ?

What kind of business does this, running a service provision business like a chop shop ?

Dear Gailad

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your frustration. Please take note that demand for internet increased a lot because people need reliable service at home. Our installers are working overtime and over weekends to get as many installs done as possible.

Your first booking was postponed because of one less team on the road because of illness. This morning the team that was booked to come to you, got injured on the job and is at Pinehaven Hospital for treatment.

We can assure you that it is not our intention to disappoint and that Management is busy checking how we can get to you as soon as possible during this busy time.

You will be contacted by Monday to make arrangements.

Yours faithfully

WIRUlink Management

You guys a just a joke, your technician shows up at my office, searches for signal, only to tell me that they didn't bring enough equipment to do the installation, and therefore they now have to reschedule , "again".

How difficult is it really to install equipment ? Better yet, for a technician to always carry their equipment ? When you on board clients you promise the world, come service delivery you battle to deliver.

Dear Gailad,

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that your current experience is not the best and we will look at ways to prevent it in the future.

WIRUlink technicians, as a standard don't travel with a 12m ladder as the average house is 4m high.

Kind regards,
