Shocking Customer support

I placed an order for 100/100 mbps online (No sales person contacted me). I received the router and once Vumatel had done their part, we connected the router last week Wednesday. I have been checking the internet speed daily and the maximum mbps we get is +/- 50 on a good day. I sent an email to the support this afternoon questioning this and after a few emails back a forth from an extremely rude Daniel Wentzel, I don't seem to be getting anywhere other than ordering a bigger router, bearing in mind we had 2x extenders installed on Friday by you, why did the technician not mention then that the router was too small when I told him about the speed not being 100 . My question to you WIRUlink is how do you offer a package with a free router knowing very well the router you are supplying is not going to give you the full 100mbps , THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING and I am sure I will still be charged for 100mbps. Wonder how many other people are being ********** cause the incorrect router is supp**** free with the package!!!!
