Service delivery

<p>I come from the Telkom internet pool where the service delivery is non-existent and can therefor say that I am actually spoilt because Wirulink in fact is available to communicate with and their technicians are in contact quite quick. I do however have a problem with their service delivery not being stable. I have only had their service for 2 months now and this review is written to let everyone who reads this know that Wirulink is good and their technicians are good and they try hard BUT their is a lack in stability of the level of bandwidth I receive and therefor the frustration and the 2 stars which is allocated. They definitely are much better than Telkom if you are wondering and they have a good idea/product but need to work on stability of bandwidth. If you are wondering whether you should move from where you are if it is Telkom definitely and anyone else I cannot vouch for, but the other 2 ISP's I tried previously are almost as bad as Telkom. So in conclusion I am fairly happy but there is a warning content linked here.</p>
