Reliable service

I am linked with FTTH with Vumatel. I registered my account and debit order with Wirulink 2 days before the fiber install. The Vumatel team installed the fiber exactly at the time and on the day scheduled and the Wirulink ISP fiber line was working with an hour after that.

I have since spoken to the Wirulink customer service support line after hours for advice on a cable Vs wifi question I had and got great help.

I purchased the upgraded duel band router with my Wirulink package and find that to work very well both upstairs and downstairs at home.

Line is stable and the speed is exactly as promised, I took the 50mbps/5 option.
