We’ve been with WIRU for a number of years now and have had a consistently great experience. Their service has been reliable, with no hidden costs or unexpected “shadow limits,” which is something we really appreciate.
On the few occasions where we’ve logged a service ticket, their response time has been excellent. The support team reacts quickly and resolves issues efficiently, which makes a big difference.
Overall, we’re very happy with the service and the stability of the connection. It’s refreshing to deal with a provider that delivers what they promise. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a dependable internet service provider.
