OVER CHARGE CANCELLATION FEE

So I'm with Wirulink and signed up for a 36 months contract, I called them after 3 months with them and asked them to send me a cancelation fee if I wanted to cancel the contract early. I recieved a mail from there accounts department for R33000.00. This would be the amount that I would of paid if I kept the contract for the full 36 months.

Today I went onto there website and saw that they now offer Fibre to the home. Seeing that we do have fibre to our complex and glance get it I thought wow ok let me contact them and ask them if I can move my wifi contract over to fibre. Called and spoke to Crystal she advised me that we signed a 36 months contract with them on the WiFi and this is not possible.

Now I ask u. I pay R1199 for a 10mbs wifi link. They charge R1046 for a 100mbs fibre link. How are they justifying this to there clients. How are they giving the best possible service and connection to there clients if we pay so much more for a wifi link.
