People this service provider is effecting my job. This is the worst internet in South Africa, please do not use these people

We have investigated and found that our teams has been out to your premises to assist on site on more than one occasion, all of which we have found no fault or errors on site.
We have swapped out hardware as well as a precaution and for further investigation whereby no faults or errors were found either. Our Helpdesk agents have tried to contact you, however have been unable to reach you in order to follow up.
