Great service after my previous ISP let me down

I had an account with Home Connect (stay away from them) and when I moved, they failed to log it, they kept lying to me about the status of my connection and after a week of nothing, I had enough.

I app**** at Wirulink and within 1 day everything was logged. I was kept up to date through the whole process, even receiving emails as late as 22h00, which I really appreciated. Nadia von Molendorff was constantly on Vumatel and keeping me updated.

I received an email early this morning, informing me that the order is logged with Vumatel and after they came to sort me out, the connection was up and running in less than an hour, with no issues. They also configured my router for me to get the best speed out of my wireless connection.
