Exceptional Customer Service

My experience with Wirulink has been amazing. I have never come across this level of customer service and proactive response EVER! I find Wirulink to be the best - from pre- to post-sales, after sales service, finance, technical support online and in the field, the team on duty after hours... I simply cannot fault this team. Even when I experience the occasional problem, it has only ever been dealt with efficiently, promptly and very professionally. The entire team just has such a pleasant and happy way about them, nothing is too much... you actually WANT to speak to Wirulink people, they CARE! That is very rare and I have to congratulate the people of Wirulink, not just the management, but its entire team, on understanding the customer experience and the meaning of service... you are getting it right and I wish I had the formula!
