Excellent customer service and assistance

My internet connection was showing connected but no internet access. They said they will sent a technician within 2 hours and they did. Once the technician arrived they found that a part needed to be replaced, they assisted me in my special circumstances and went above and beyond in their efforts. This is a rare experience these days and I must say I was not only extremely grateful but very impressed. Unfortunately I can't remember the 3 technician who was here but they were kind, patient and very helpful. This shows customers service is alive and well, at least at Wirulink.
