We just got our line up and running and had someone help us set up, Pierre Bredahl was his name! :) We spent a tremendous amount of time unsure of what we were doing and really Pierre had the patience of a saint. Thank you for all your help and for having a good sense of humor dealing with two technically stunted people, you managed to help us extremely well, set us up and leave us feeling very confident in our choice of service providers.
