Dont Care abount your business
They installed the system with allot of promises. from the start my phone lines went quiet. after doz of complaints and months of complaining I cancelled with them. they agreed that there was a problem. but when I started asking for the money-back guarantee, they just say NO. they said that I must answer my phones. but how can you answer it if it is not ringing. it is pathetic, I will never recommend Wirulink to anyone.

When you reported this problem, we sent a senior technician to site who sorted out the number porting problem with your previous network provider who did not route all calls to you. You later reported that customers are complaining about unanswered calls and the logs clearly showed that the phones rang, but staff is not answering the calls. You decided to cancel the service instead of working with us to resolve any outstanding problems you may have been experiencing, in violation of our Buy Back Guarantee conditions available on our website.
