Dissaponting

Quite disappointed with the service. Exactly two weeks since I made payment. Technicians came first time and their router didn't work. I had to wait a week and today they have informed me there could be a lot of signal interference yet my neighbor who is 15 meters away and referred me has his working. I have been asked to wait for an investigation which takes 3-4 business days. Potentially three weeks still waiting.
